okay, i am way over weight. I am not proud of myself and am not happy. I need really good suggestions about weight loss. I don’t want to see a personal trainer, I can not keep up with the scheduling. I just want an easy, but REALLY effective way to loss way and hopefully QUICK!!!!!!! If you have any good suggestions, THANK YOU.

i have read places that once in awhile it takes a month or 2 for scales to really show results but you can be losing inches even though the scale doesnt say it
