My boyfriend and I are trying to lose weight. I had a baby January 09, and could use some ideas on how to lose the weight quick. My boyfriend gained alot of weight while I was pregnant last year too. I use to be 404lbs i’m down to 238. It was hard but i had to change my diet and eat cleaner. All i did at first was walk a track around my house at an easy pace for 20 minutes a day. Instead of going to the store and getting ice cream i would get the healthier choice of ice cream like weight watchers or something. I really made a difference when i started training with weights. I know what he is going through but the hardest part of losing the weight is starting. He has to think about those kids that’s what got me motivated. You guys can do it. i hope this helps.
When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
when i read this i had to answer…..ever hear of burst training???????????? since you just had a baby and your prob very busy and find it hard to find the time well go to you tube type in burst training..and look fr Dr pompa …he hows a video with his wife on how to Burn fat for 2days with 15minutes of exercise 3 times a week… but it actually works even though it sounds far fetched… go look it up and see how ya get on…Diet is important too thou.. you need a high fibre..low calorie ..low fat diet.!!! Try it
