I ate cereal everyday.
I eat about one big meal a week.
And I do some fitness like
running, push ups,curls,sit ups,crunches, things like that.
im 150 im trying to get down to 145 140.
I lost about 10 pounds in a matter of a few weeks i guess.
replace meals with protein shakes and run a lot
that works for me,try it for a week . My favorite shake is Bill Phillips Right Nutrition Light Shake – read reviews on amazon.
I eat at least three low calorie meals a day or a Slim Fast for breakfast and then a Lean Cuisine type meal for lunch and dinner. I keep the snacking to the bare minimum and only drink milk and water. Lots of cardio. Lost 15lbs so far and have 10 more to go.
