HELP! Weight loss?

okay, i am way over weight. I am not proud of myself and am not happy. I need really good suggestions about weight loss. I don’t want to see a personal trainer, I can not keep up with the scheduling. I just want an easy, but REALLY effective way to loss way and hopefully QUICK!!!!!!! If you have any good suggestions, THANK YOU.

PS also maybe quick quick quick working diet pill suggestions

  • OK well there is this thing that you eat small stuff every three hours. Or you eats small amounts of food, regularly like the 3 meals you need just small amounts. But just don’t starve your self that is not the way to go. There are also these food that are made especially for weightless and they send it through mail, i have heard it works. You should also do exercise its very important not just to lose weight but to for your health benefit.

    I would suggest you try looking at how you can cleanse your body of the harmful toxins which are making you fat.

  • resorting to diet pills will often cause health problems in the long run…

    A simple stress free diet is what you need, no counting points or anything, just watching yourself…

    instead of drinking sodas or high sugar drinks, resort to drinking water or all natural juice…And as for food, just watch how much you’re eating..Don’t eat alot at once, and listen to your body when you are full. Eat small meals 5-6 times a day, that way you are keeping your body working and its not giving it’s self time to rest and turn the food into alot of fat.

    Salads and fruits are great snack ideas aswell.

    when you have extra time go for a walk, or run..whichever you decide.

    Unless you’re doing the extreme like going to a gym everyday its going to be a slow process but you’ll feel better about yourself after for being able to stick with it and reach your goal.

    You’ll have lots of cravings in the begginning for those foods that you don’t want to eat anymore, don’t give in…and if you do , do it in moderation, rewarding yourself for good behavior isn’t bad..You just have to know when enough is enough…

    I’m in the same position as you at the moment, and it is a slow process but i’m happy that I have enough self control to do it my own way, that is working.
