Well, any diet needs to be sensible. I applaud that you don’t want to take pills because they are typically not healthy. You need to rethink the word “quick”. You didn’t gain the weight quickly, so you should expect to lose the weight quickly. But find a plan that is healthy and one you can stick to. I really don’t know how you can get around not exercising if you want to lose it quickly. Good luck!
