okay, i am way over weight. I am not proud of myself and am not happy. I need really good suggestions about weight loss. I don’t want to see a personal trainer, I can not keep up with the scheduling. I just want an easy, but REALLY effective way to loss way and hopefully QUICK!!!!!!! If you have any good suggestions, THANK YOU.

exercise at least an hour every day and eat healthy
Check out DDR (dance dance revolution) It’s really fun and great exercise, I lost 10 pounds in about a month.
Of course, you have to eat less. Eat less bread and rice.
Strictly no supper after 8pm.Cut down on all greasy food and carbohydrate stuffs (rice, pastries, bread, noodles….just take smaller portions if you have to).Take more fruits and vegetables to detox.Walk a bit more to burn off excess calories (like while window-shopping, taking the stairs instead of the elevator)…get busy.Be patient and be realistic on how much weight you want to lose.Love yourself.:)
